Description

– supplementary printable foundations & templates –

These supplementary PDF files will save you time and money if you are planning to make my Softly Falling Snow quilt from issue 82 of Today’s Quilter magazine!

The foundations can be printed directly onto your favourite foundation paper and are arranged in multiples to a page to get the most from each sheet; they even include the information on how many copies to print. Using these will mean you need a maximum of 63 sheets of foundation paper.

Printing your own single-sided appliqué templates (which are full size) makes them easier to trace off onto your fusible Bondaweb/WonderUnder as well.

PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PATTERN INSTRUCTIONS! (The instructions to make the quilt are currently ONLY available in issue 82 of Today’s Quilter magazine. A downloadable PDF pattern will be available here from June 2022.)

(Downloadable PDF patterns are formatted to print on either A4 or letter-size paper; just select your preference in your printer options.)

I’m Fi (rhymes with “me” not “my”) and I am a designer, maker and artist. My goal is to inspire and delight you. You may have seen my quilt designs in Today’s Quilter magazine or my textile art on a book cover or in an exhibitionAs a designer, I love designing quilts that use multiple blocks to create a whole that’s greater than the sum of its parts, making deceptively complex patterns using simple basic techniques that are easily mastered, and  I’m currently loving the interplay between piecing and simplified appliqué as well.
