Lovely blog Chris. This is a great group challenge! We did this last year – put a block in a pillowcase and keep circulating it around so that several people add a mystery border to it. Some great results, and some not great results, but lovely to see how peolpe worked out their borders.

I was one of the lucky Bloggeratti to go in the Quilting Retreat at the beginning of December and it was the best thing since sliced bread! Good company, great space, nice vegan food, good bar and a nice clean…

A lovely account of a great weekend – and I loved looking in the bag – the tape measure certainly came in very useful over the weekend! I’ve not used the fabric yet, but will find a project for it all. I love bags – especially fabric ones, and seem to be adding to my collection regularly!

This sounds like a really exciting challenge, and is clearly enjoyed by many members. Our group is just starting a challenge involving wool, tweed and patchwork and/or quilting. Should be varied!
