IMPORTANT: Please private message after you have purchased the pattern and I will send you the pattern section of the booklet (it currently exceeds the file size)

‘The Koi Pond’ is a beautiful and serene full quilt foundation paper piecing pattern project.

The Koi pond is made up of 4 unique square blocks. The pattern has been designed as a repeating pattern and so more corresponding blocks can be added to increase the size of the quilt if desired. The two fish are designed to maximise the ease customisation of colours and patterns so each quilt can be unique to the maker.

Finished size of quilt layout example below measures approximately 50 by 50 inches, the perfect lap size quilt or feature wall hanging. Please note that this pattern assumes a knowledge of how-to foundation paper piece and is suitable for those with paper piecing experience as there are multiple small fiddly sections.

I often use old clothing, bedding and second-hand material in the making of projects, this keeps the cost of creativity low as well as the impact on our planet. I would encourage you were possible to do the same!
