You warrant that you will not post any messages or any other content on UKQU.co.uk that is obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate any laws. a) take such reasonable action to avoid dispute resist appeal compromise or contest liability as may be requested by Resolution Television; and
b) make available to Resolution Television such persons and all such information as Resolution Television may reasonably require for avoiding disputing resisting appealing compromising or contesting any such liability.

  1. Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, and Medical Drugs
  2. Animal Products and Human Remains
  3. Dangerous Items: Hazardous Materials, Recalled Items, and Weapons
  4. Hate Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Hatred
  5. Illegal Items, Items Promoting Illegal Activity, and Highly Regulated Items
  6. Internationally Regulated Items
  7. Pornography and Mature Content
  8. Violent Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Violence

(11) Cancellation and refunds policy on products purchased from our website
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item at any time from the moment of purchase through to seven working days after the item is delivered. To cancel, simply notify the seller during this period. If you’ve already received the item, you must also arrange during this period for the item to be returned to the supplier in unused and undamaged condition. The supplier will issue a full refund for the cost of the item and postage, but reserve the right to apply an administration handling charge. This does not affect your statutory rights. On UKQU marketplace subscriptions, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can cancel your subscription with the vendor. (Please note that vendor subscriptions may be subject to a minimum subscription term) and reserve the right to apply an administration handling charge.

Reporting a Problem with an Order or Returning an Item (UKQU.co.uk Support System)

Although UKQU is not directly involved in a transaction between a buyer and a seller, we provide a support ticket system in the unlikely event that your order does not go as expected. By using UKQU’s ticket system, you understand that UKQU may use your personal information for the purpose of resolving disputes with other website members. You can use UKQU’s ticket system to come to a resolution with a seller in the event of a non-delivery or if an item you receive is not as described in the listing.

Ineligible Transactions
Some disputes don’t qualify for UKQU’s support ticket system. These include:

  1. Items that are damaged by delivery carrier (if properly packaged by the seller).
  2. Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after receipt.
  3. Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to delivery delays.
  4. Items that are returned without a return agreement.
  5. Items that are accurately described but don’t meet a buyer’s expectations.
  6. Cost of delivery disputes.
  7. Items that are purchased in person.
  8. Items prohibited from sale on UKQU.co.uk, including services and intangible goods.
  9. Transactions where payment is not made via the UKQU.co.uk checkout system.

(12) Law and jurisdiction
This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
