This week’s instalment of the Quilt Along with john Podcast is not about a quilter. Rather about a lady who is a truly talented dress maker who has been sewing for the Sewing Street TV Selling channel for the last year. She is now determined to try quilting and see if the bug hits her as it has hot so many of us all and stay tuned to watch how Rachel progresses in this journey of hers!
Rachel is a truly inspiring lady. Her husband suffered a devastating stroke last year and they are still struggling through the after effects of that, but when you speak to either of them you would be mistaken to think nothing had happened. Only because their kindness and love for each other lift them above the troubles of their days and they are certainly stronger together.
A lovely lady and one I am proud to be taking on her new quilting journey together.
