Vlieseline has added two new sizes* to these ever-popular product for those of us who know exactly what we need for a particular project.
268 Bamboo Mix 50/50 is a medium-weight, very soft, sew-in wadding made from
50% Bamboo and 50% Cotton. Produced from renewable raw materials, it can be
either hand or machine sewn making it ideal for duvets, quilts and light clothing such
as jackets and coats. The large width also makes it suitable for large projects such
as bedspreads and throws. The comfortable, natural soft handle makes it easy to
work with for a wide range of applications and it is suitable for use with most fabrics.
Washable at 30° and used with an iron on a cool setting and conforms to OEKO-
TEX® 100 Class I, standards.
Recommended quilt spacing of 10-20cm.

The luxuriously soft, 279 Soft Cotton Mix 80/20 is a mediumweight, sew-in
wadding made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester. The 244 cm width of this quality
makes it particularly useful for large quilts, throws and soft furnishings as well as
providing an insulating layer for jackets, coats, fashion and home accessories.
Suitable for use with most fabrics, a spacing of 10cm is recommended when quilting
and it can be used for both hand and machine sewing projects. Washable to 30° and
dry cleanable.
