      Hi Sylvia and friends!
      Apologies if I’m sending this e-mail to the wrong address, just couldn’t see anywhere more appropriate.

      I recently bought an UKQU badge, and wanted to wear it for the first time this morning, only to find that the safety catch has been damaged, presumably in the post, making it unwearable.
      What a disappointment!!
