Oh Denise, you are so brave to write this, it must have been so difficult for you to put it to paper feeling the way that you were. I feel for you and the frustrations that you must have felt. My husband suffers with mental health and other medical issues so I see first hand how it affects people. I’m pleased that you are slowly finding the help that you need and that you have a friend that is there for you when you need space. I’m glad that you wrote this blog because it puts things into perspective for others, and I totally agree that it is ok to not be ok.
