I always think that another thing worth thinking about is “does my comment read the same way as it sounds in my head?”. In other words, a comment where you can hear and see the comment being said – maybe with a smile – sometimes sounds quite different when just written down.
I am guilty of over using emojis for that reason…..

I found that, by following the adage “how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!” and actually tackling the project in smaller chunks eg concentrating on cutting one colour at a time, sewing one colour at a time etc I stopped procrastinating and started doing.

The difference between ‘fat’ and ‘long’ as far as I understand them is that ‘fat’ is a cut that goes partially across the width of the fabric, whereas a ‘long’ cut is across the width of the fabric.
