As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you decide to return/cancel your order - you are entitled to a full refund, including the initial delivery charge, as long as you inform Loopy's Place that you intend to return the item, within fourteen calendar days of receiving your item, in writing (email : [email protected]). You will be responsible for postage incurred for returned items. A refund will be made within fourteen days of Loopy's Place receiving the returned items. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage for your item. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us Exceptions: Items which are personalised, bespoke or custom-made are non-refundable. However, if a personalised, bespoke or custom-made item is not as agreed (eg error in personalisation), you will receive a replacement, for which additional delivery costs will be covered by Loopy's Place.
