Description

This is a PDF pattern to create a quilt block of a graduation hat / cap.
Techniques: Traditional piecing (NO paper piecing), plus embroidery or appliqué of the string to the tassel.

This quilt block is part of a series with ‘life events’ which I am trying to add to from time to time. Other quilt blocks in the series currently include party crown, traditional wedding couple (or just make to women, or two men using the pattern!), man & woman (again, easy to just make two of the same if preferred!), and a paper pieced party hat.
