Hi All!
Just thought I’d scribble a quick update having attended my first main quiltshow since, well, a long time ago!!
It was so much fun to be back out there and teaching again, 6 workshops a day for 3 days – lots of new and old faces, lots of natterings and laughter and a bit of learning even!………. and a huge quilt display!!

Craft4Crafters, the organisers of the show at Westpoint, Exeter, allowed my Students & myself to display LOTS of our quilts!!
The title of the exhibition was ‘Quilts for the Cupboard’ – my studio is called ‘The Cupboard by the way. I videoed a wander around the display and have given a bit of a commentary for those who couldn’t be there, you’ll find the video on my YouTube Channel:

All of the quilts on display were either Mystery Quilt BOMs, originally designed for UKQU Website, or ‘Witter Quilts’ which have been made during lockdown.
Everyday during lockdown I made free videos, which are still available on my YouTube Channel, with suggested blocks for people to make….. we’re on Quilt 10 now!!

There’s also a Facebook Group set up with the photos of blocks & patterns for all to use :

‘Sunflowers’ was a mystery BOM from 2021
The next Mystery Quilt BOM will hopefully start towards the end of April, watch out for the join up info coming very soon!!
I hope you enjoy the quilts as much as I have!
Be lovely!!
