Welcome to Week 3 of the Christmas 18 QAL and here is Block 2 ….
Block 2 of the cut&alter Christmas 18 QAL is released today and, if you have signed up, will be in your inbox shortly. We will be reinforcing the learning we did this week on how to make 8 HSTs at a time. There were some lovely blocks made this week and some great comments, especially from those people who had not used this technique before. There’s still plenty of time to take part so if you do want to make the whole quilt and join in the fun of the QA, then head on over here to get the pattern. If you don’t have time for the quilt but fancy just making this block, then you can also purchase a pattern for Block 2 over here in my shop.

It really is interesting seeing the same block made up in different fabrics. Last week I mentioned one lady who was planning on making two quilt during the QAL. She has decided on one Christmas (top left) and one non Christmas (middle left) and the cute photo I mentioned? Well it’s this one:
