Finally finished the fast track course, I’ve had the interview in which a lovely gentleman came and looked at my folder and asked endless questions. It’s such a relief that it’s done, I find out in 6-8 weeks how I got on, I’m keeping fingers crossed.
Since finishing I’ve hunted out my sewing pieces, I consulted my ufo list and finished a cathedral window pin-cushion. I started this in a workshop at Spalding December quilt show, it was quickly put together, I would love to make a cushion with a dark background. I have also put together a brooch I made.
I’ve begun a twelve days of Xmas redwork project, it’s so relaxing watching tv whilst sewing. I will continue to keep up with this free block of the month project, which is available from
I’m very interested in learning how about the art of foundation paper piecing work, I will be watching videos and reading up on this process through this year.
