3. Each seller on UKQU.co.uk has their own processing times, delivery methods, and shop policies; and
4. You assume responsibility if you provide your own materials for a custom order.

Purchasing an Item on UKQU

2. Animal Products and Human Remains
3. Dangerous Items: Hazardous Materials, Recalled Items, and Weapons
4. Hate Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Hatred
5. Illegal Items, Items Promoting Illegal Activity, and Highly Regulated Items
6. Internationally Regulated Items
7. Pornography and Mature Content
8. Violent Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Violence

(6) Restricted access
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website, or certain parts of the website, at any time. Competitions are only open to UK residents ONLY. Competitions are not open to employees of Resolution Television LTD or employees (or members of their families), affiliated companies or those associated with these competitions.

Generally the lower age limit will be 18 years, apart from where competitions are specifically opened to persons under that age. Each competition may only be entered once by each entrant. Entrants suspected of submitting multiple entries may have all their entries rejected. The prizes are as offered and are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-changeable. No cash alternative is available. We accept no liability for any aspect of the prize to the fullest extent permitted by UK law. We reserve the right to change prizes in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Competition closing dates are as stated on page and entries received after these closing dates will not be considered. No responsibility is taken for entries lost or delayed, by way of technical errors including malfunctions via the website. The winner(s) will be drawn at random and the competition moderator’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. By entering, you confirm that we may make any use of your entry as we require, including publishing it on the website or on the UKQU.co.uk official social media pages.

The winner(s) will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. Unless specified otherwise, if the prize remains unclaimed for six months it will not be awarded, provided reasonable attempts have been made to contact the winner(s) using the contact details supplied. Please indicate on your entry if you do not want to receive any further information about UKQU.co.uk promotions, competitions or news. (12) Cancellation and refunds policy on products purchased from our website
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item at any time from the moment of purchase through to seven working days after the item is delivered. To cancel, simply notify the seller during this period. If you’ve already received the item, you must also arrange during this period for the item to be returned to the supplier in unused and undamaged condition. The supplier will issue a full refund for the cost of the item and postage, but reserve the right to apply an administration handling charge. This does not affect your statutory rights. On UKQU marketplace subscriptions, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can cancel your subscription with the vendor. (Please note that vendor subscriptions may be subject to a minimum subscription term) and reserve the right to apply an administration handling charge.

Reporting a Problem with an Order or Returning an Item (UKQU.co.uk Support System)

Although UKQU is not directly involved in a transaction between a buyer and a seller, we provide a support ticket system in the unlikely event that your order does not go as expected. By using UKQU’s ticket system, you understand that UKQU may use your personal information for the purpose of resolving disputes with other website members. You can use UKQU’s ticket system to come to a resolution with a seller in the event of a non-delivery or if an item you receive is not as described in the listing.

Ineligible Transactions
Some disputes don’t qualify for UKQU’s support ticket system. These include:

1. Items that are damaged by delivery carrier (if properly packaged by the seller).
2. Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after receipt.
3. Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to delivery delays.
4. Items that are returned without a return agreement.
5. Items that are accurately described but don’t meet a buyer’s expectations.
6. Cost of delivery disputes.
7. Items that are purchased in person.
8. Items prohibited from sale on UKQU.co.uk, including services and intangible goods.
9. Transactions where payment is not made via the UKQU.co.uk checkout system.

(13) Law and jurisdiction
This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
