Thanks for the info, an American friend has mentioned it in the past so I’m pleased I can get some to try. I’m surprised it’s 40wt which I thought would build on the surface too much for micro quilting but it’s worked well and as you say it’s coloured the sections. Good effect. Hi, I love free motion quilting but need to keep practicing to keep skills up. I’d love to see some tuition on different ideas and then we have a go and post our results in a gallery. All levels all wanting to improve 🙂

An index page to the blogs may be useful. They’re easy to navigate at the moment but not sure how it will look when the bloggers make additional postings. They all look wonderful.

Ooh make the bargello, it’s lovely when your sons want a quilt. Then he’ll give you encouragement with the twilight hangings. Nice to swap between projects.

Hi Wendy. I used Glide by FilTec. You can get it from Cotton Patch and Pinhole Quilting should be getting it on their website soon. It is a 40wt trilobal poly which has a lovely sheen. Superior Bottom Line in the bobbin. 🙂
