-
Wonderful to learn more about the organisation of the show. Thanks for getting the interview Sylvia.
-
Great interview !! And this year, i can get to FOQ and can’t wait
-
Interesting ‘behind the scenes’ information, I was there at the beginning and most years after. So good to have our own F of Q’s in the UK.
-
Interesting to hear a bit about the work behind the scene. Looking forward to another great show!
-
Really interesting to hear what goes on behind the scenes.
-
Hi Lesley and well done … you were picked out of the hat to win the pair of tickets for the Festival of Quilts this year! If you could pop your address over to [email protected] we will post them on to you in time for the event. Thanks to everyone who supports our wonderful website.
-
Hi Lesley – We popped a message on here regarding the FOQ tickets. We can only assume you are no longer interested in these so will be drawing these again next week.

-
Thankyou that was so interesting. Thankyou for sharing
-
Great to read about all the work that goes on thank you
-
Fantastic interview thanks! Can’t wait for this year’s festival
-
My quilting group had a speaker who was a Volunteer at Festival of Quilts.
It was fascinating all the behind the scenes work that goes into making this a fantastic show for us.
I have a quilting friend in Australia who comes over for it Every Year!Great Interview!
-
Great beh8nd the screams look thank you for everyone that helps, I Would love to go this year, not been for several years x
-
Such an interesting read for one of the highlights of my year.
-
Got to be in it to win it, second time lucky? (Fingers and toes crossed. Lol!)
-
Much to my shame, I have thought very little about the hard work in producing the show. I had my first visit last year and loved it.
-
If bloggers on the UKQU site are not prevented or disallowed from entering the draw for tickets, I would love a pair of tickets because it is the first time it hasn’t clashed with the Fairport Convention Cropredy Music Festival.
-
I would love the chance to win tickets. I’ve been on a no-spend for nearly a year now and this would be a fab way of working round my ban.
-
Haven’t been for a couple of years. A day there would be great.
-
I would love to win tickets for this incredible display of quilty, fabric talent and inspiration.
-
Just discovered I can go to FOQ this year, so excited!
-
So looking forward to this
-
Thank you for all the work you do running this each year, I’m looking forward to attending again this year! 🙂
-
Thought I’d miss this ( my first FOQ ) as family holiday was this weekend – but had to move that, so really looking forward to being able to come especially now having read all about behind the scenes! Thankyou for fascinating insight.
-
I hadn’t realised how much time, effort and thought goes into this show! Would love to come with my friend Jemma as I haven’t been able to attend for a few years, and can’t wait to visit ! Fingers crossed
-
Would love to win free tickets to this year’s show. Very interesting to read this interview, thank you
-
Very interesting interview. I would have assumed it was a quieter organising it but clearly not!
