      Pam,
Thank you for taking the time to comment; it’s good to know that others are reading the books too!
I am trying to pick a wide range of books, so some months may not be to your liking.
I have just downloaded the Linda Gillard book to my Kindle, thank you for the suggestion.

Another week until the month is over. Is anyone else reading it?

I know it’s still March, but has anyone started reading yet?

Hi Karine, thanks for making contact. I have emailed you a copy of the PDF and will follow up with the website to see if we can find out what went wrong at our end. Hope you enjoy the pattern. Thank you. / Nina

Would anyone like to Admin the book club discussions?
I am going to focus on the Facebook group, which is also where future books will be announced.
I have a murder mystery ready for May (first in a series of 10+ books!) and a historical fiction / women’s story for June. Lots of interesting books coming up!

SUGGESTED DISCUSSION POINTS, FROM THE AUTHOR –

There are prompts for discussion around the roles, relationships, quilt patterns (!), dealing with loss, and the effect of the journey from England might have us on Honor.

Feel free to commmet on any / all of these and see where it takes us. It’s such a thought provoking book that a good discussion may be welcome to many.

Sally, I am glad you found the book fascinating. It definitely opened my eyes to a life so different to what we are used to in England!

Rosemarie, I promise you that not all of the books will be part of a series, so you’ll hopefully have some ‘free’ time in the months to come! Glad you have enjoyed the books so far.

Thanks Pam! Having canvassed interest a year ago, it just seemed such a shame not to continue with a book club. I may be less skilled at leading any discussions, but the Forum is here if anyone would like to discuss the books.

Agree regarding the story; a bit predictable and over-simplistic, but still enjoyable.

Sally, I am trying to find a real mix of types of books; hopefully something familiar as well as a few new to most!

Frances, whilst waiting for Arlene / Sylvia (the new Admins) to announce the next book, my suggestion for May is SEW DEADLY by Elizabeth Lynn Casey. It’s the first in a series of 12 (!) books.
