A new year a new start! Or try to fulfill that New Years resolution to complete those UFO’s lurking in the wardrobe?
Like most, if not all quilters I have several UFO’s in the wardrobe. I have great intentions at the start of the year to complete all these but I have tried that New Years resolution for the last three years. This year I’m going to try to complete one! My friend and I are going to also participate in a block of the month. I’m also looking to make table runners for each of the seasons, to add a bit of colour to my lounge throughout the year. For months I have adored twilight wall hangings that some ladies have completed, at FOQ last year I purchased the fabric to make them, this is a project to start as well as a quilt featuring circles my tutor (neighbour) started me on!
Like most quilters I need to juggle working, family life and an allotment!
My son has asked for a Bargello quilt! Where will I find the time?

I’m on a missuing this year told tackleenex some of my ufo’s! Blogging on here about them has been a great inspiration. Trouble is my list is growing on new project to start next year!!!
Make the Bargello! I Mohave made one but am very disappointed in it. I need inspiration to zoosh it up!
Ooh make the bargello, it’s lovely when your sons want a quilt. Then he’ll give you encouragement with the twilight hangings. Nice to swap between projects.
Thank you for the encouragement, I have a few projects before I start but I’m thinking a school holidays project.
